Hi, I’m Emily from Light + Glow Candle Company!

I'm a holistic health coach certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. In early 2020 I set out to create a beautiful and luxury, yet safe and nontoxic, candle company and Light and Glow was born.

As a coach, I worked with women in the areas of nontoxic living and general wellness, diving deep into mindset and reframing negative thinking, releasing shame and bringing in more positivity and self love into one's life. As a result of this work, I love to imbue a sense of self care + wellbeing into every single one of my candles and hope the customer feels this "light" or this "glow" when they lights their candle - hence the name, Light + Glow.
